The razor-sharp stainless steel blade uses your weight to make tough cuts with ease. It gives you all the functions of a full-length 8 1/2” knife while maintaining the precision control you would expect from a short knife.

This limited edition release of the CAMARÓN design sports a beautiful and functional AUS-10 Stainless Damascus steel blade - mirror polished to showcase the patterned steel. Jacketing the blade is a strong and durable handle, CNC machined from solid G10 composite.

This knife can do almost everything in the kitchen. It has a long blade but positions your hand close to the front of it. You get the capacity to make big cuts, but with a comfortable forward handle, you can do precise cutting too. The handle is designed primarily for holding in a pinch grip and also accommodates a whole-handle grip for cutting large vegetables. The open back geometry accommodates even the largest hands.

This unique knife is a marriage of a comfortable and versatile handle with a slight variation on a traditional santoku blade shape. After a few uses, it becomes an extension of your hand like no other knife can.
